The first gathering of Wipfli's Minneapolis/Northwestern Wisconsin Microsoft Dynamics CRM User Group in Minneapolis was a great success! The meeting was held 1/27 in our spacious training facility at our office in Edina. Based on the interactive discussions and forums, as well as the feedback received regarding the informative and packed agenda, the folks who attended found great value in the content and discussions on best practices. (Not to mention one excited attendee who went home with two tickets to the upcoming Wild/Flyers game.)
The agenda was packed with user success stories, increasing CRM adoption by delivering value via the Golden Rule of 3 for 1, XRM examples, social networking & media and integration with MCRM, and updates on the Microsoft Technology Stack.
The only disappointment? Not a single attendee correctly predicted the winner of Wipfli's CRM Consultant Race. (insert collective sigh/groan here) For the first time in the race's history, an attendee was chosen at random to win the Consultant Race attendee prize. (Consultant names have been withheld to protect their identity and reputations ;)
