Looking for a reason to apply Microsoft Dynamics CRM Update Rollup 10?  Have you looked recently at your contacts in Outlook that were synchronized from CRM?  There was a bug in Rollup 7 that causes Outlook to change the format for displaying addresses in the “Business Card” view of the Outlook contact record.  In some cases, the Zip code will appear first, followed by the city.  It’ll look something like this:

Notice the entire address is on one line, and the zip code/postal code appears before the city.  But when you click on the address button on the contact, the fields will have mapped correctly:

Rollup 10 fixes this issue (see hotfix 981839).  However, simply installing the rollup won’t fix the contacts that you currently have synchronized to Outlook.  You need to re-synchronize your contacts, either by updating a CRM field that will trigger the synchronization, or re-configuring your CRM for Outlook client.
