This article describes an example of how to more efficiently manage the process of saving, completing, and creating new recurring Activity records in Dynamics CRM 2011. This post describes how Wipfli combined the functionality of two built-in Activity form buttons, “Mark Complete” and “Save and New” into a single “Complete and New” button. The goal being to drive clicks and manual data entry out of the process.

Wipfli particiapted in the beta along with one of our customers earlier this year (see blog post from 9/4/09). The Adapter is available for FREE for any customers of Dynamics CRM and Dynamcis GP that are current on their Support plans for both - and orders can be placed through Partners.

Unable to Track Email in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for Outlook Client

Our customers have run into issues tracking specific emails in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Outlook Client and receive a misleading error: The text entered exceeds the maximum length. Upon further review, the root cause of this issue can be addressed by updating the messageid attribute on the MCRM Email entity.
