The purpose of the Wipfli's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Team blog is to continue to build and support the Dynamics CRM community/ecosystem, including our Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Technology Stack customers, prospects and other Dynamics CRM users and potential users. We plan to share some of our insights on Dynamics CRM – product news, announcements, best practices, ideas, how-tos, etc. and how they might align with your strategic business objectives, meet a short term tactical need, or just get you thinking.

Matt GelbJason discusses integrating Microsoft Office Excel with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in situations where the business may want to continue to execute certain business processes within Excel vs. a CRM-only solution. For example, the business may have an Excel spreadsheet that a department uses to do multiple calculations, and would ultimately like to pull the results of those calculations back into CRM to drive additional workflows or calculations on an Opportunity, Quote, or Order.
