We are pleased to offer Wipfli’s SmartList and SmartList Builder with Excel Report Builder training class for Microsoft Dynamics GP. This in-depth class will show you how SmartLists can be used to access your data to best meet your needs. You can use Excel Report Builder to access and analyze real-time data from Microsoft Dynamics GP, and take advantage of Excel's deep formatting capabilities and familiar interface. Class participants will learn through practice by completing hands-on exercises.

Who Should Attend?

This class will be taught using Microsoft Dynamics GP Version 2010, although clients on all versions are encouraged to attend.

SmartList - Morning Session

The Smartlist session is designed to provide an understanding of how to use and customize SmartLists.

• Overview of SmartList
• How to add, remove, or change the columns displayed in the view
• Define search criteria
• Add favorites, print, or export search results
• Create export solutions

SmartList Builder with Excel Report Builder - Afternoon Session

The SmartList Builder with Excel Report Builder session is designed to provide an understanding of how to create your own SmartLists and transform SmartLists into Excel Reports or Excel Reports in SmartLists.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP, as well as its table structure, is recommended.

• Create reports using Microsoft Dynamics GP tables, SQL Server tables, and data connections
• Set up field and display options, go to's, restrictions, and calculated fields
• Create summary and multiple company reports
• Learn about import/export features
• Publish refreshable Excel reports to a reports library, Microsoft SharePoint®, or to a file location
