During this session we will go over the basics of budgeting for people new to the process. We will discuss common budgeting practices and mistakes, along with the budget time line. When we’re done, you’ll have a working knowledge of the importance of the budget process and how to design the budgeting process to run smoothly, along with practical budgeting tips and tricks.

3. Learn common mistakes and traps people fall into when preparing a budget
