In this webinar, we will leverage Wipfli’s Model Human Resources Policies and Procedures Manual and share with you the components of a well-developed manual to ensure compliance with OMB Circulars and federal and state employment regulations. We will address the typical concerns and frustrations that many express when developing manuals and share with you a practical, straightforward approach to minimize those frustrations.
