Do you know about the new and changing issues that will be affecting your Head Start and/or Early Head Start program? In this session, we will discuss the important topics you need to be aware of to keep your program in compliance.
We will review several Information Memorandums and Program Instructions issued over the year that affect Head Start and Early Head Start programs. We will discuss the new Designation Renew System and how to proactively prepare for this new and complicated area, as well as cover a high-level overview of the updated intent of the FY 2012 Office of Head Start Monitoring Protocol. We will highlight recent findings that are being reported in Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General Reports on Head Start programs, and we will cover any last-minute changes that may occur.
