Over the year there have been several Information Memorandums and Program Instructions issued that affect Head Start and Early Head Start programs. We will review those issued this year. We will discuss the new Designation Renew System and how to proactively prepare for this new and complicated area, as well as cover a high-level overview of the updated intent of the FY 2012 Office of Head Start Monitoring Protocol. We will highlight recent findings that are being reported in Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General Reports on Head Start programs. And we will cover any last-minute change that may occur before the webinar.
