With Wipfli guiding this membership-based peer group, leaders work together over the course of a year to build capacity in strategic thinking and create immediate and long-lasting solutions for issues facing their communities and organizations today. Each group consists of a maximum of 18 organizations, which are individually selected and partnered based on similar criteria. WTP is a program designed to bring leaders like you together so you can:

Wipfli’s Nonprofit and Government Practice experts provide specific how-to steps, coaching, and continuous support to move from reacting to leading.This program will focus on three competencies of transformational leadership and six proven planning steps to create sustainable organizations and community based solutions.

This partnership model delivers leadership capacity, with impactful strategic planning, at a third of the cost of many strategic planning consultants and facilitators. It’s a small investment with the potential for very big results.

Your annual WTP membership fee of $14,995 provides:

• Three seats in this training
• 2.75 days of in-person strategy development, leadership capacity and skills training
• Two days of tailored, on-site planning and meetings
• Quarterly online training events
• Leadership assessment and coaching for each member
• Direct access to our professionals for a full year
• Lifetime membership to online peer network to continue ongoing collaboration with peers engaged in transformation at the same time
