By now we are all aware, that in terms of financing, there is a new world order. The traditional debt market for health care organizations, namely tax-exempt bonds, has disappeared as an option for all but the strongest credits. The result is that organizations with plans for replacement facilities, renovations, and expansions are either on hold or in search of financing sources never before considered.
