Do you really need a disaster recovery plan (DRP)? You probably already have a building evacuation plan and a few procedures on how to contact your employees. That should be good enough, right? After all, building a full blown disaster recovery plan takes time away from clinical and business functions. And the odds of a catastrophic disaster affecting your organization are low. It probably won’t happen to you. But then again, maybe it will. Consider these recent events.
