    Conference Information

    The registration desk will be located in the Convergence Experience Center (CEC) on Level 1 near the Plaza C entrance and is open during the following times:

    • Sunday, March 18; 11:30 am – 6:00 pm
    • Monday, March 19; 7:30 am – 9:00 pm

    Be sure to check out the About tab on the Convergence website for an overview of the conference. Also, volunteers are needed to assist with numerous projects that will benefit inner city children and families in Houston. Please click here for more information on this opportunity.

    The Content area on the Convergence website is the place to go for information on all the different types of sessions, including General Sessions, Interactive Discussions, Hands on Labs, and Keynote Speakers. You are also able to check out what’s available at the User Groups, which will be held Sunday afternoon. The session catalog is in progress, so be sure to review this area and plan out your schedule by using the Schedule Builder. Also, make sure you take a few minutes to review the new Sponsor Session available!

    • Sponsor Session - Convergence has set aside time for their valued sponsors to share their individual strategies and roadmaps for their technologies and solutions. With 60 minutes on the clock, you will have just enough time to get a feel for what sponsors have to offer, so that you can follow up for more information!

    Microsoft Solutions Experience – The Microsoft Solutions Experience runs through the middle of the Experience Center and is your place to go for Technical Support, Product Demos, and Hands on Labs. The Microsoft Solutions Experience is arranged according to track so you’ll be able to find your home base quickly.

    Expo Experience – Connect with top ISV’s (Individual Software Vendors) who are experts in Microsoft Dynamics products, services, and solutions around the world. 

    Another great tool is Convergence Connect.  Convergence Connect is a structured networking tool that makes it easy to connect and network with your fellow colleagues at Convergence 2012. With Convergence Connect, you can:

    Events

    The Welcome Reception will be held at Minute Maid Park, March 18, 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm.  Attendees will have the opportunity to experience singer, songwriter, musician DAUGHTRY!

    The Expo Reception will be held Monday, March 19, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.  The Expo Reception is a great opportunity to check out the latest products and offerings from Microsoft’s sponsors and exhibitors.

    Wipfli’s Client Appreciation Social will be held at Cork Soakers, March 20, at 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. We look forward to seeing you there!
