    Jamestown Hospital Receives Largest USDA Direct Loan to Date

    Jamestown Hospital, a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital in Jamestown, ND, recently received notification from the USDA of a Direct Loan for $31 million at a 4.25% fixed rate for 40 years and a Guaranteed Loan for $15 million to finance a replacement hospital. 

    Wipfli’s Involvement & Benefits:

    Kelly Arduino was the hospital’s Financial Advisor and as a result the hospital was able to avoid placement agent fees of approximately 2%.

    Wipfli completed the feasibility study in accordance with the National Office of USDA’s standards and was instrumental in providing supporting rationale and documentation in the request for additional Direct Loan Funds.
