Bonnie Braun Padilla of Wipfli Honored As A Top Woman In Finance

Bonnie Braun Padilla was honored as one of 2009's “Top Women In Finance” by Finance & Commerce magazine at an awards banquet held at the Hilton Minneapolis in November. According to the publication, the honor is reserved for women who have made significant contributions in the financial services area.
“Bonnie greatly deserves this honor,” stated Chuck Palmer, managing director of Wipfli’s Minnesota Region. “She has made significant contributions to her community and in her role as a partner at Wipfli.”
With over 20 years of experience working with real estate and high net worth tax clients, Bonnie is the leader of tax services for the Minnesota Region of Wipfli. Utilizing her extensive real estate experience, Bonnie provides quality services to all types of business from small family-held businesses to large million dollar corporations.
Bonnie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA), Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). In 2005, she was named one of the top 100 most influential practitioners by The National Public Accountant magazine. Bonnie is also on the executive board of the Breast Cancer Awareness Association.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York and a master’s degree in taxation from San Diego State University.
