Wipfli strengthens auto dealership presence in Madison

Due to the Wipfli’s growing auto dealership client base in the Madison market, the firm has relocated one of its subject-matter experts to its Madison office effective January 10. Senior manager Andy Batstone transferred to the Madison market from the firm’s Twin Cities office and has been strongly focused on the auto and truck dealership industry for over ten years.
“Our market share in the auto and truck dealership industry in the Madison and Milwaukee markets has grown significantly over the past year,” stated Steve Hewitt, managing partner of Wipfli’s Dealership Industry Practice. “We are thrilled that Andy agreed to transfer to the Madison market. His extensive knowledge and industry expertise will be an asset to dealerships in the Madison and Milwaukee markets, while also helping the firm to continue our positive market growth in those regions.”
Batstone is already serving numerous auto and truck dealership clients in both markets. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from the University of North Dakota.
