Wipfli Financial Institutions Associates Receive CFSA and CIA Certifications

Lynn Riddle, a Senior Internal Auditor in Wipfli’s St. Paul office was recently awarded the designation of Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA) by The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Candidates earn the CFSA credential by demonstrating knowledge of, and proficiency in, audit principles and practices within the banking, insurance, and securities financial services industries through successful completion of the CFSA program examination.
Lynn Riddle has nearly 20 years of financial institution experience with a career focus on internal audit and operations. Developing, implementing, and monitoring internal audit plans and procedures in both community banks and large financial institutions has become a strength for Lynn. She has accumulated substantial experience in evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, procedures, and internal control systems within financial institutions.
Sarah Lutzke, a senior internal auditor in Wipfli’s St. Paul office, recently obtained her certified internal auditor designation (CIA) through The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). The CIA credentials are earned through completion of a four-part exam that remains the standard by which individuals demonstrate their comprehensive competence and professionalism in the internal auditing field.
Sarah has 5 years of financial institution experience, including work as both a regulatory examiner and internal auditor. She draws on these experiences to evaluate internal control policies and procedures and provide practical solutions and advice to clients.
