Wipfli LLP launches sales and use tax webinar series for Wisconsin manufacturing companies

Wipfli is proud to offer a new webinar series focused on sales and use tax for controllers, accounts payable staff and accounting staff of Wisconsin manufacturing companies. The Sales and Use Tax for Wisconsin Manufacturers Web Forum Series will provide attendees with insights into how to generate the most accurate sales reporting information.
“With the ever-changing sales and use tax laws, we have seen an increased need for information and education on sales and use tax reporting from manufacturing companies,” said Craig Cookle, Wipfli sales and use tax partner. “We developed this series to help manufacturing companies by providing concise, in-depth, industry-specific information and insights into sales and use tax laws.”
The Sales and Use Tax for Wisconsin Manufacturers Web Forum Series addresses significant concerns for manufacturing companies, from defining the manufacturing process to taxation of utilities and use of estimates. The cost is $299 for all four webinars, or $99 each for those who want to register individually for each webinar.

The webinar series was developed by Wipfli’s State and Local Tax Group, which has over 120 years of combined experience among its eight members and an extensive knowledge of sales and use tax. In addition, four members of the team have also been auditors/supervisors for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue for a combined total of 63 years.
