Eileen Wallace joins Wipfli LLP as a consultant in the firm’s nonprofit and government practice

Wipfli announced today that Eileen Wallace has joined the firm as a consultant in Wipfli’s nonprofit and government industry practice. With over 21 years of experience, she is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office and will provide transformation leadership and planning consulting services to the firm’s nonprofit clients.
“With increasing regulations and unprecedented changes in the industry, nonprofit organizations need strong leadership and effective strategies to guide them into the future,” Steve Lipton, partner-in-charge of Wipfli’s nonprofit and government practice, said. “Seeing the increasing need in the industry, about a year ago Wipfli created the Wipfli Transformation Partnership. We are very excited that Eileen has joined our team to lead this service and to leverage her deep industry experience to help our clients successfully move forward into the future and thrive.”
As one of the largest providers of nonprofit and government services in the country, Wipfli’s nonprofit and government professionals provide extensive training, audit, tax and consulting services to nonprofit organizations and units of government. The Wipfli Transformation Partnership provides extensive leadership training, strategic planning and direct access to Wipfli’s nonprofit experts for one year.
Prior to joining Wipfli, Wallace served as a consultant where she provided training, coaching and facilitation services to nonprofits and community coalitions across the country. She also served as Executive Director of Move the Mountain Leadership Center, where she provided transformational, organizational and leadership development training and executive coaching services to nonprofit organizations. Previously, Wallace also served as Executive Director of Heartland Community Action Agency in Willmar, Minnesota, where she successfully led culture change and transformational planning.
Wallace holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Winona State University, where she graduated magna cum laude in 1993. In addition, she is a member of Community Action Partnership, a member of Missourians to End Poverty, a supporter of A Minnesota Without Poverty and Half in Ten, and a member of Diocesan Social Concerns.
