Jeff Milkie joins WCF Advisors LLC

WCF Advisors LLC announced today that Jeff Milkie has joined the investment banking and corporate finance entity as a managing director, based in the entity’s Twin Cities offices. Jeff will serve as one of WCF’s leaders alongside Karen Monfre.

Prior to joining WCF Advisors, Milkie worked with a middle-market investment bank with offices in Dallas and Chicago, where he led numerous M&A, capital raising and financial advisory engagements across various sectors. He also spent several years with the investment banking groups of Citigroup Global Markets in Dallas, and Merrill Lynch in New York, where Milkie provided corporate investment banking services, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financings, growth capital and recapitalizations for companies in the consumer, retail and industrial sectors.
Milkie earned a master of business administration in finance from the University of Texas’ McCombs School of Business, where he graduated with honors, and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
