Wipfli LLP Hires Cori Schoenke as Senior Manager in Health Care Practice

Wipfli LLP announced that Cori Schoenke has joined the firm’s national health care practice as a senior manager. Utilizing over 19 years of experience in the health care and nonprofit industries, her primary focus will be in planning, conducting, and overseeing financial statement audits of health care and nonprofit organizations.
“The addition of Cori will add to the depth of our national health care practice,” stated Bob Parrish, lead partner of the firm’s health care practice. “We feel very fortunate to work with Cori and to offer her extensive expertise to our clients.”
Prior to joining Wipfli, Cori worked as an external auditor for ten years with a national firm and in various internal accounting/finance roles for nine years. Throughout her career, she has worked with large hospital systems, stand-alone hospitals, multispecialty physician groups, nursing homes and continuing care facilities, community and private foundations, social services organizations, insurance companies, and religious institutions.
A certified public accountant, Cori is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. She earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
