Barb Bell’s expertise is financial information systems. With nearly 16 years of valuable experience in the field, she serves as a manager of the application services group for Wipfli LLP. She adeptly analyzes business objectives and provides clients with business management solutions that meet their needs. Barb is a Certified Installation Specialist and a Certified Accounting Application Specialist through Microsoft Dynamics^® GP.

Utilizing her extensive background and experience, Barb provides highly proficient client consultation to a broad spectrum of business and industry sectors. Multiple certifications attest to the high degree of professional services she is able to provide to Wipfli clients.

Prior to joining Wipfli, Barb gained extensive experience in financial information systems working in the banking industry. Her responsibilities included developing and maintaining computerized general ledger systems and conversions for newly acquired banks, training affiliated banks, developing PC uploads and downloads to/from the mainframe system, developing budget processes, and participating in the development of a general ledger interface from existing bank applications. In addition, Barb’s responsibilities included quarterly corporate trust profitability reporting and the development of a profitability system for product and branch profitability reporting.
