Highly sought after for his forthright consultative services, Earl Benning’s practice is guided by his motto, “Think straight. Talk straight.” Earl has a unique ability to analyze complex tax structures and communicate these to his clients in fully understandable terms. Earl takes a proactive approach, evaluating needs and providing sound alternatives and solutions.

Earl is a tax partner in Wipfli LLP’s Eau Claire office and is in charge of the Western Region tax practice. He also serves on the firm’s Tax Committee. He has over 25 years of experience providing proactive tax strategies and solutions to business clients and high-net-worth individuals.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Earl is also active in his community. He is a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program and a member of Rotary International.
