Lisa Cribben, CPA/ABV, ASA, CMA

Lisa Cribben is a senior appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers, a certified public accountant accredited in business valuation, and a certified management accountant.  Lisa assists clients with their business needs at very critical times in a company’s life cycle including transition planning, purchase and sale of a business, gifting and estate planning, and divorce by preparing business appraisals, financial analysis, forecasting, and assisting in the negotiations of business transactions.

Prior to joining Wipfli LLP in 1999, Lisa developed years of valuable business experience in a management-level accounting position with a publicly traded utility company.  At Wipfli, Lisa has been instrumental in expanding the Valuation, Forensic & Litigation Services.  Lisa has prepared business valuations of companies from many industries including manufacturing, construction and real estate, auto dealerships, health care entities, and other service companies.  Lisa has also developed niche expertise in health care valuations, preparing over 200 valuations of health care entities alone.

Professional Organizations and Activities
Lisa is a member of the American and Wisconsin Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Appraisers, as well as the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).  She has served on IMA’s board of directors as a representative of Community Service and of Student Affairs.

Being an active participant in her community is important to Lisa.  She has held a place on the board of directors of the National Railroad Museum, UW-Green Bay’s Alumni Association, and the YWCA and a school board position at her local parish school.
