As Wipfli's Chief Human Capital Officer, Claudio Diaz leads a dynamic group of HR professionals in their quest to ensure the firm's human capital investment is realized to the fullest. He also leads the effort internally to clearly define Wipfli's culture, values, vision, mission and operational strategies. In his role, Claudio is championing the move to improve organizational performance through associate engagement, performance management, and scorecarding initiatives. His efforts are dedicated to making associates successful... as individuals as well as professionals.
Claudio's professional experiences include 17 years at the The Disney Company in a variety of positions. As the subject matter expert for Disney Institute’s health care clients, he assessed hospitals and coached executives on service quality, people management, process orientation, and leadership development. Before coming to Wipfli, Claudio was a corporate senior consultant for a large hospital system in St. Louis, where he defined and implemented the system's service and leadership development initiatives which are still used today across 25 acute care facilities and 28,000 employees.
An active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development, Claudio has been a highly-rated speaker at several national conferences.
