Rick Dreher, CPA

Managing Partner

Rick Dreher is the managing partner of Wipfli LLP and oversees the vision and strategy, leadership, growth and overall performance of the entire firm.

Since assuming his role as managing partner, Rick transformed the existing leadership structure to include a COO and a CGO. This team collaboratively executes the firm's 5-year strategic plan, enhancing client value and stronger relationships, while managing and improving the overall performance for the firm.

Rick is also an accomplished speaker and has delivered presentations to the Institute of Management Accountants, Wipfli client groups, and various civic and charitable organizations.

In Rick’s free time, he enjoys the outdoors and traveling with his family.   

Professional Organizations and Activities
Rick is a member of the American and Wisconsin Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.  He is very active in community endeavors serving in leadership roles for a number of associations.  Rick is the past president and treasurer of the Green Bay West Rotary Club, president and past treasurer of St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church, and past treasurer and chairman of the Budget/Audit Committee while serving on the board of directors for Cerebral Palsy, Inc.
