Seth Finestack, CPF

Manager, Nonprofit & Government Practice

Seth Finestack is a manager in Wipfli LLP’s Nonprofit & Government Practice. He helps our clients achieve their missions by partnering on strategic planning, organizational improvement, and performance management. Seth has supported executives across multiple industries and functions for more than a decade.

A strong believer in results-oriented change, Seth helps bring clarity to areas of management traditionally looked at as “too soft” or risky to engage. Clients value the methodologies and tools Seth can provide for bridging strategic thinking with cultural change and execution. Whether facilitating a strategic plan or developing new organizational structures, Seth strives to align solutions with the vision and key performance goals of his clients. Seth’s strategy and leadership work considers all critical areas of organizational effectiveness:  culture, process, and technology.

Drawing from his background of consulting for Fortune 500 organizations, Seth now helps nonprofit and public sector clients understand how leading practices in strategic alignment and talent management can take root in their organizations. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, Seth takes time to understand each client’s unique situation and culture.

A certified professional facilitator, Seth is deeply rewarded when he can help lead individuals and teams to achieve great results. He is a past board member and strategic consultant to Camps for Kids, a Midwest-based nonprofit that has sent over 50,000 disabled and disadvantaged children to summer camp. Seth is also active in children’s charities in Wisconsin and Minnesota and is a Leadership Saint Paul alumnus and program committee chair.
