Shelley Foster has more than twelve years of experience working for and consulting with financial institutions. As an internal auditor, she ensured adequate internal controls were in place by performing various operational audits. As a compliance officer, she developed and implemented a sound compliance program. She wrote compliance policies and procedures, provided training to staff on regulatory requirements, stayed current on all regulatory changes,and informed management of these changes and the impact they had on the financial institution. This experience allows her to provide her clients with firsthand experience in dealing with these changes as well as the expectations of regulators.
