Ulrike S. Harrison

Chief Growth Officer

Ulrike (Rike) Harrison joined the firm in January of 2008 as the Chief Growth Officer. In her role, Rike is part of the senior leadership team and is responsible for top line revenue and leading the sales and marketing teams for the firm.

Since starting her career, Rike has held a multitude of positions from software consultant and service delivery VP to business development VP and general manager of business service divisions. Throughout her career, Rike learned that change is imminent, often required to survive, and positioning businesses for success requires continuous improvement, relevant strategies, strong leadership and successful change management to propel execution.

It is this expertise in change management that brought Rike into the world of CPA firms, when she joined a billion dollar firm to introduce sales operations and methodologies, and where she was instrumental in the integration of sales and marketing into the firm’s structure. A significant professional success, according to Rike, was to be a driver of cultural change among the partners in the firm.

Rike was raised in Germany, where she worked toward earning her master of science degree in mathematics from the University of Cologne. She came to the United States to complete her MBA in international management from Georgia Southern University. She is currently working on her PhD focusing on strategy-driven change management.

Outside of her job and her education, Rike enjoys the arts, reading, and music, her garden in the summer and cooking in the winter. However, and without hesitation, most important in Rike’s life are her three sons – two of whom live in Minnesota and one in Berlin, Germany.
