Shawn utilizes his expertise in to help his clients establish, retain, and grow profitable customer relationships. Shawn provides management and support for Wipfli LLP’s regional CRM/Growth consulting team and leads the Business Intelligence service line. He serves as a key resource for his clients’ strategic design, process improvement, and information technology decisions.
Shawn’s extensive background includes over 15 years of involvement in strategic business and technology initiatives. The common theme of Shawn’s industry experience is his ability to implement strategic solutions through the application of technology, process, and organizational improvements.
Drawing from his diverse business and technology background, Shawn helps his clients understand how changes to their CRM, business intelligence, and growth strategies will impact other areas of their business. Rather than just talking about features and functions, Shawn helps his clients understand the big picture, allowing them to make more informed business and technology decisions.
Shawn has been featured as a keynote speaker at several manufacturing industry events. He is a frequent lecturer on CRM at UW-Madison and has also lectured for the Marquette University MBA program as well as the Waukesha Chamber of Commerce.
