Susan Kappel has over 25 years of experience in operations management at financial institutions with assets ranging from $25 million to $225 million. Sue is an integral part of Wipfli’s Financial Institutions Practice, offering asset/liability management consulting and profit improvement services. Sue’s hands-on experience in financial institution operations has increased the efficiency and profitability of her financial institution clients. 

With the knowledge Sue gained as a senior officer during her banking career plus the experience gained at Wipfli LLP, she has the unique ability to share financial institution “best practices” with her clients. She consistently receives praise from satisfied clients for her work and for her interaction with their staff.
