Teresa Knippel has over 15 years of experience working on individual, gift, trust, and estate tax issues for a variety of clients, from high net worth individuals and executives to small business owners.
Teresa prides herself on being able to communicate issues to clients in an understandable manner to facilitate better client service. This includes working closely with her client’s other advisors, such as investment advisors and estate planning attorneys. Teresa also assists clients in resolving issues with taxing authorities, including IRS/state notices, levy/liens, and other actions imposed by the taxing authority.
Teresa’s past experience includes working at a national and local CPA firm. This experience has enabled her to respond to a wide spectrum of client and tax issues.
Professional Organizations and Activities
Teresa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA). She has also volunteered with “Tax Line” which is sponsored by KARE-11.
