Mark Koehl brings Wipfli LLP clients 28 years of valuable experience.  He has developed expertise in financial institutions from $20 million to $2 billion in size, including publicly traded and closely held institutions.  His involvement has included public stock and trust preferred securities offerings and numerous acquisitions.  Mark has advised de novo banks from inception, including stock offerings and regulatory applications.  Mark oversees Wipfli’s Financial Institutions Practice in Madison and Milwaukee.

Professional Organizations and Activities
Highly active and involved in his community, Mark extends his leadership skills into his professional organizations and civic endeavors.  A member of both the American and Wisconsin Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA and WICPA), Mark has also served on the Financial Institution Committee of the WICPA and is a member of several banking trade associations.
