Tony Kromanaker, a partner in Wipfli LLP’s Fox Cities office, specializes in providing tax consulting and compliance services to closely held businesses in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Tony’s skill set includes experience in federal and multistate tax compliance, analysis and consulting of accounting periods and methods, tax due diligence and consulting on acquisitions and divestitures, handling federal and state income and sales/use tax audits, choice of entity and other formation issues, and C to S corporate transitions, as well as with LLCs and partnerships.
