Steve Kronsnoble

Steve Kronsnoble is an expert in the development, integration, and management of information technology. He has over 25 years of systems implementation experience with both custom-developed and packaged software using a variety of underlying technologies. He has excellent project and process management skills, as demonstrated by his track record, particularly in the insurance arena.
Prior to joining Wipfli, Steve worked for a major Milwaukee insurance company and leverages that experience to better serve his clients. Steve brings a unique perspective to his clients, having worked for a number of years for an insurance carrier and now in a consulting capacity. As a consultant, Steve has completed numerous successful engagements and projects, such as:
- Leading the buy-versus-build analysis for a policy quoting function, moving the client to a self-service, internet-based model
- Facilitating a next-generation policy administration application using an industry framework
- Managing the development of a field-based quoting application for sales reps and independent agents, allowing them to collect and upload information to the company's central server for rating and integrating with several third-party applications including CRM and document generation.
- Selecting and implementing of a billing system
Steve's recent focus and efforts are directed at Agile software development, distributed onshore/offshore implementation teams, and policy administration modernization projects.
