Jim Leslie is a director in Wipfli’s Auto Dealership Practice with a specialization in people development, process improvement, and profit management.
Jim is a nationally recognized executive leadership and profit improvement consultant. He specializes in turning business vision into reality through people, processes, and profitability. Jim’s long-term clients include Ford Motor Company, Ritz Carlton Hotels, and two of the largest privately held automotive dealership groups in the U.S.
Prior to joining Wipfli, Jim was the owner of a leadership development firm that he established in 1988. He also spent several years as an executive with 3M Company.
Jim has published articles on numerous topics. His most recent work includes Consulting Cornerstones, Understanding Behavior, and Managing High Performance, all published with Ford Motor Company.
