Robin Lutz has been serving the taxation needs of closely held businesses and high net worth individuals since 1988. Utilizing her expertise in tax planning and consulting, Robin excels at identifying opportunities to save her clients money. She effectively communicates complicated tax situations in a way that is easy to understand. Having owned a business herself, Robin understands the multifaceted issues of the closely held business owner.
Robin’s taxation experience has spanned many different industries. Her clients have included multistate corporations, manufacturing and distribution companies, health care facilities and physicians, clergymen, and artists and musicians. She has assisted clients with federal and state audits, form of entity selection, and employee buyouts.
Robin educates clients and internal associates on tax topics, including tax planning and regulation changes. She is also a frequent guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. In addition, she writes tax tools for Commerce Clearing House (CCH). She has also rewritten four chapters on S corporations for its Tax Research Consultant product.
Robin is a member of the American and Wisconsin Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA, WICPA).
