Deborah Marshall is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience helping businesses make the most of their “people” opportunities and challenges. Her practical approach has earned her the reputation of being a valuable resource to our clients.
Her extensive experience includes compensation (executive, sales, base), training and organization development, and executive-level recruiting and selection. Deborah can also assist businesses with employee relationship challenges and HR policy development. She has hands-on experience with the nuts and bolts of HR, as well as the big picture of how HR can (and should) be a part of each organization’s business strategy. Deborah’s expertise covers most major human resource issues.
As an accomplished presenter, trainer, and facilitator, Deborah has conducted countless seminars and training programs for individual companies, industry associations, and the business community in general. She has been a conference speaker for groups in manufacturing, health care, financial institutions, construction, and distribution. She is the originator of Wipfli LLP’s highly successful Human Resource Business Forum. The groups she facilitates have had consistently high attendance, with the majority of participants returning year after year.
