Jay Mayer, the partner in charge of Wipfli’s manufacturing and distribution practice, has more than 27 years of experience serving helping manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and other closely held businesses and their owners. Working with each client and their significant business advisors - attorneys and bankers - Jay provides proficient client advising on current and future tax and business issues, transaction planning and structuring, and assistance in obtaining financing.
