Will Moncrief, MBA

Will Moncrief is a manager in the health care group with experience in financial management and complex issues facing long-term care facilities.  Will is dedicated to providing exceptional client service to assist his long-term care clients in achieving their strategic goals.

Will’s analytical abilities, creative thinking, and desire to provide services over and above expectations enable him to help clients solve their reimbursement and operational issues. Long-term care providers can expect their services to be delivered in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner, tailored to their individual needs. Will’s attentive monitoring of system changes will keep his clients on the forefront of the constantly evolving reimbursement environment.

Prior to joining Wipfli LLP, Will worked for a $125 million+ Minnesota nonprofit provider of senior housing and services where he served as a financial liaison between reporting agencies, banks, brokerages, and facilities within the organization. In this role, Will facilitated the analysis of acquisitions and development projects, investments, debt issuance, compliance, banking, budgets, and audit-related services.

In addition, Will has led budget training sessions for nursing home administrators and housing managers and has had substantial responsibilities in a series of tax-exempt bond offerings, HUD 202 and 232 transactions, and the due diligence for potential acquisitions.
