Kathleen Poff has over 20 years of experience working directly with and managing family offices for high-income individuals of family owned businesses. Their investments range from privately/publicly held stocks, municipal/corporate bonds, and commercial/multi-family real estate holdings.
Her expertise includes set-up and maintenance of cash and account control systems, and accumulating financial asset information for estate planning. She also offers personal services including check writing and bank and credit card reconciliation. Kathleen has extensive experience with tracking complex portfolio investments and can provide support in acquisitions and dispositions of family owned entities. She assists with preparing financial reports, cash flow analysis, and year end work papers for tax preparation.
