Mark Stevens brings his clients the experiences and skills developed through working more than 25 years in the manufacturing industry. From facility design to continuous improvement programs, Mark has guided local, national, and international manufacturing companies through all facets of business strategic planning and process improvement. He has a passion for helping manufacturers become more efficient and remain competitive in today’s aggressive marketplace.

Mark has implemented world-class manufacturing best practices and installed numerous production systems that yielded increased cash flow, less inventory, decreased cycle times, and higher profitability. His “been there” experience provides him with the ability to see things from the client’s perspective, recognize complex issues and offer practical solutions that generate bottom-line improvement and sustain themselves over time. 

Mark has served the medical device industry, designed and implemented Lean/Sigma best practices, and installed technology-enabling solutions that have reduced process variability, minimized risk, improved industry compliance, and reduced lead times. His focus on customer value and process simplification has helped organizations shift their perspectives, and as a result, employees and stakeholders approach and view their work differently.
