Mike Vesel currently spends much of his time working with commercial banks. He also oversees the firm’s financial institution trust practice. He has extensive knowledge in several financial institution-related industry areas and is a past chairman of Wipfli LLP’s Professional Employee Recruiting Committee.

Mike’s recruiting and strategic planning experience helps him to understand and provide value in a variety of client situations. His experience and responsiveness to clients’ needs have deemed him a “resource” by his clients, and he is often called first when they have questions. Mike finds that his clients value his ability to objectively challenge them when they make business decisions.

Mike is involved with and holds leadership positions in many valued community organizations.  He served on Wipfli’s Board of Directors, is chairman of the Finance Committee for the Newman Catholic Schools, and was co-chairman of the YMCA Invest in Youth annual campaign.
