The Selling Skills Assessment Tool (SSAT) and Customer Focused Selling program (CFS) are services that focus on helping clients grow and improve sales results. The SSAT/CFS products were developed by PI Worldwide and complement the Predictive Index® (PI) system.

The tools are applicable to all industries with a sales, business development, account management and/or customer service function.

The SSAT is a diagnostic tool designed to provide insight into client sales skill strengths and areas of growth. It was Beta tested for 6 months; 10 companies; with a sample size of 300. Two independent research studies in 2003 and 2006 by doctoral-level psychologists indicate all individual items and overall SSAT scale show good reliability. SSAT tracks demographic and sales experience data for every participant. The scores are not impacted by age, gender or race, nor by amount of sales experience. The survey is available in a broad range of versions by industry and position.

The CFS is a highly interactive training program that covers:
