The Challenge

WADAL Plastics, Inc., was faced with the challenge of losing its experienced human resource professional. The immediate impulse was to replace that individual with another experienced professional as this was a critical position within the company.

The Strategy

Wipfli experts sat down with the owners to discuss available alternatives. After careful analysis, Wipfli proposed a human resource business partner arrangement. Wipfli trained an individual already on staff to handle the day-to-day human resource issues. With training complete, Wipfli human resource experts would assist with more complicated issues. Wipfli served as a consulting human resource manager while training the individual assuming the new responsibilities, and put key strategies into place.
