The Challenge

Manson Insurance is a leading provider of personal and commercial insurance products.  When their I.T. person resigned, they were left without the day-to-day support for handling employees’ computer issues as well as the expertise to maintain the company’s hardware, software, and computer network.

The Strategy

After doing a thorough assessment of Manson’s systems and processes and examining their needs, Wipfli’s I.T. experts determined that their needs could be served more efficiently by utilizing a combination of Wipfli network engineers providing on-site services and Wipfli’s Help Desk services where help is only a phone call away.

The Results

This arrangement has worked so well that Manson Insurance has decided not to rehire an I.T. employee.  Instead, they enjoy the comfort of knowing their issues will be resolved efficiently and cost effectively, and:
