Develop a clear direction for your practice that will ultimately achieve your goals!  Wipfli can help you create a one-page strategic map document that will serve as a “living” roadmap and communication tool for your team.  During the planning process we will also help you identify and evaluate the following:

• Situation Analysis – Through discussion and analysis we will assess the current performance as well as strengths and weaknesses of your practice.
  
  
• Personal and Professional Goals – Through reflection and in-depth discussion we will identify and document your priorities.
  
  
• Beliefs, Philosophies and Values – Identify and clearly define the practice’s underlying beliefs, philosophies and values that will guide the decisions, communication and actions of the entire team.
  
  
• Mission Statement – Critically examine the reason for your practice’s existence.  Develop the statement that effectively communicates the ultimate focus of your team.
  
  
• High Level Goals – Based on your mission statement and your situation analysis, identify three to five “big picture’ goals that will drive the key strategies for the practice.
  
  
• Cornerstones of Success – Identify five to eight fundamental building blocks upon which the practice will build its future.
  
  
• Strategies – For each cornerstone identify two to three key strategies critical to success.
  
  
• Performance Measures – Define the broad measures that will best monitor the strength of the cornerstone.
