Eau Claire, Wis. (July 18, 2005) — Wipfli, a CPA and consulting firm with offices in Wisconsin and Minnesota, is pleased to announce that Jeff Kowieski was elected partner effective June 1, 2005. Kowieski joined Wipfli’s Eau Claire office in 2003 after practicing law for a number of years with a prominent Wisconsin law firm.
Kowieski is a member of the firm’s tax practice and provides strategic and succession planning advice geared to helping the firm’s clients be successful. He has been an advisor on numerous transactions involving business entities of all sizes, from the very simple to the very complex, and serves as a firm leader in several technical tax practice areas. In addition, Kowieski is frequently called upon to help clients and charitable organizations develop effective estate planning and charitable giving strategies.
Kowieski is a frequent speaker on tax, estate, and succession planning matters and has been a lecturer at the MBA level. He is a CPA and received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He also holds a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
