St. Paul, Minn. (July 15, 2005) — Wipfli, a CPA and consulting firm with offices in Wisconsin and Minnesota, is pleased to announce that Jeffrey M. Johnson was elected partner effective June 1, 2005. Johnson joined Wipfli in 1994 and has over 15 years of health care experience. He works in the St. Paul office.

Johnson is the partner in charge of Wipfli’s health care practice in Minnesota, where the Minneapolis and St. Paul metropolitan area is Wipfli’s largest market. He specializes in the health care industry and provides expert services to hospitals, medical practices, and other health care providers. With his extensive experience in the health care field, Johnson is able to offer services to this highly complex and ever-changing industry sector.

Johnson is a member of the state and national chapters of the Medical Group Management Association, the Minnesota Health Financial Management Association (HFMA), the Minnesota Hospitals Association (MHA), the National Association of Rural Health Clinics, and the National CPA Health Care Advisor Association. He is a CPA and received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Iowa State University.
