With its increased emphasis on risk management, 2 CFR Part 200 focuses on internal controls, the importance of prefunding reviews, and subrecipient monitoring. Therefore, you need a monitoring process that is efficient and effective and focuses on the right things. Our goal is to increase your awareness of all of the ways you get information so you can develop a system that focuses on the right things and gives you tools to assess your subrecipients’ process and results.
