For over a year, Microsoft has been transitioning Microsoft Forms to its new survey application, Microsoft Forms Pro, as a trial.
Forms Pro came with some out-of-the-box integrations with Dynamics 365 that allowed you to view surveys, survey questions, survey responses, who unsubscribed from surveys, and a few other features. These features allowed you to view overall survey responses and link to an account, contact or event, to name a few. Alongside Dynamics 365 and Power Automate, Forms Pro made a powerful combination to send surveys to customers and collect their feedback. However, much of the analysis of the results still happened in Forms Pro or outside of those first two tools.
Recently, Microsoft launched the next generation of the Forms Pro integration with Dynamics 365: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice. All the previous features remain, and additional new features help capture feedback easier and help you use that real-time feedback to drive action with your customers. Features like customizable templates help you to quickly create surveys for various types of customer activities, connect feedback with Dynamics 365 Customer Insight to capture a more holistic view of each customer, or set alerts for various scores to take immediate action with customers who may have had a less-than-ideal experience.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice can help you gather real-time customer feedback and create a unified view of your customers and drive immediate action in the moments that matter, enabling and simplifying the ongoing process of building customers for life.
